Sometimes, the biggest changes in our lives begin with a simple pause—pause to think, reflect, and choose our next action wisely.

I'm grateful to our trainer Coach AJ Dela Fuente for sharing valuable knowledge, practical approaches, and meaningful discussions that challenged me to look beyond the obvious, analyze situations better and make more intentional decisions.

This training was meaningful because in my personal journey, I recognize that I can sometimes be guided by quick thoughts and immediate reactions. It made me realize that having the ability to pause and think critically is not just a professional skill—it is a life skill that can help me become more mindful and intentional.

One of my biggest takeaways is the importance of being mindful whenever I say something, make decisions or respond to situations. The words we choose and the actions we take can have a lasting impact. However, awareness alone is not enough—consistency is what transforms learning into a lasting habit and creates real growth. Critical Thinking is not simply about finding the right answers; it is about asking better questions, considering different perspectives, balancing emotions with facts and making choices that align with our goals and values.

I look forward to applying these learnings slowly for the remaining months of the year - being more thoughtful in my communication, more deliberate in my decisions, and more consistent in improving myself.
